Thank you to all our teams, survivors, caregivers, sponsors, and volunteers, as well as both our local and out of town special guests for attending the 2009 Relay For Life of Tacoma and Celebrating 25 
Years of Relay with us! Because of you and your dedication to the fight against cancer the Tacoma event was not only a huge success, but it also provided HOPE to countless numbers of people. Your presence was felt and added a special air of festivity to Relay! The Tacoma Relay would not be the amazing event it is without each and every one of you. Thank you for

It is our goal to make Relay For Life a wonderful experience for everyone. To make this happen every year your feedback is very important. Highlights from the 2009 event including the Opening Ceremony, Tom Mosich Leadership Award, Luminaria, Fight Back Ceremony and Closing Ceremony.

TV Tacoma is carried on both the Click! and Comcast Cable systems. On Click! TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and in Pierce County, with the exception of University Place, where we are found on Channel 21. On Comcast, TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and on Channel 21 in Pierce County. Click! is NOT carried on the Comcast system in University Place. TV Tacoma is also streamed on the Internet at tvtacoma.com
Even though Relay for Life of Tacoma is over it’s not too late to turn money in and have it go towards the 09 event! If you have money that needs to be turned in you can stop by the ACS office in person or mail your donation to the office. Please include your name, your team name, and designate it for the Tacoma Relay.

You can also turn money in at the Event Wrap Up being held July 23rd at the Stadium HS Commons/Cafeteria. Money can be turned in from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and the awards presentation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

Where: Stadium High School Commons/Cafeteria
Teams will be able to pick up K-Club Shirts and Team Photos as well as turn in Money and Incentive Prize Slips. Starting at 6:00 pm awards will be given to the top fundraising teams, organizations, and individuals as well as the best baton and best tent site.
Each team captain has two options for Incentive Prizes:
Option #1: one incentive prize for the team’s combined fundraising dollars
Option #2: individual incentive prizes based off of individual fundraising totals
The form to complete will be included with each Captain’s Packet which must be picked up at the Information Booth at Relay. The form must be completed and turned in at the Event Wrap-Up on July 23rd. Please click here to view incentive prizes for 2009.
