Step 1: Request Timeline
Upon submitting the Request Form, your request will be added to the Project Queue.
Requests will be handled in the order in which they are received.
Staff may be asked for clarification on the event or data being requested before it is queued to run. Please be responsive in reviewing and responding to any questions received.
Step 2: Submit a Report Request
Complete the Request Form below providing a minimum of 5 complete business days lead time. Upon the submission of your request you will be contacted by a member of the Information Delivery team regarding your request. Due to system response time and volume, please allow a minimum of 5 complete business days (not counting day submitted) to process your request. Requests for nationwide participant and team data analysis will require up to 10 business days per request to process. We will do our best to work within your requested deadline but may require additional time depending on current requests in queue.
