Event Setup Request

Completing the Event Request form is required to establish your event in Siebel. To request your event, please complete the form below.



Step 1: Applicable Events

All Society events should utilize this form to request the setup of their event in appropriate systems. Completing the Event Request form is the first step to establishing your event each year. The only exceptions to this process would be annual Spring/Summer Relay For Life events and Fall Making Strides events. These events will automatically be setup in the correct systems annually as the Enterprise Support team prepares the roll-out of the new season's event websites. All other events, and off-season Relay & Strides events should utilize this form to request the setup of your events.



Step 2: Timeline

  1. Once your request has been received, it will be will be managed by all appropriate parties.
  2. Staff may be asked for additional information. Please be prompt with your response.
  3. Requests will be handled in the order in which they are received.


Step 3: Submit an Event Setup Request

To request your event, please complete the New Event Request Form below. Upon the submission of your request, you will be contacted by all applicable Enterprise Support team members regarding your request. NOTE: Please consider the 4-6 week lead time required to develop a Non-Relay or Non-Strides website.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to submit ONLY ONE (1) event at a time. If you need to request multiple events, please submit this questionnaire separately for each event so that it can be processed correctly by our teams. If this form contains multiple events, it will not be able to be processed.

A Feeder Event is an event which uses the same Lawson Activity Code as another associated event. The donations from the Feeder event are combined with the main event.
