Alicia's reason to Relay for Olney 2008--CHRIS, KAREN and ELAINE!
|
Cancer affects everyone today. ..
This June marks my 6th year of being a survivor of endometrial cancer of the uterus & the 3rd year of participating with Olney's Relay for Life...Both are reasons to be so thankful and grateful!
2007 was filled with more friends and family being diagnosed with cancer... most recently a dear man and former neighbor Chris who is in the midst of a tough battle with colon and liver cancer. Our bunko mate Karen was diagnosed with Parotoid nerve cancer while Elaine and Vivian have finished their chemo & radiation for breast cancer and seem to be doing well.
** I'm asking you to join us to help STOP this disease! **
