The American Cancer Society invites the community to “saddle up” and make a difference! First launched in Texas in the 1970’s, the Cattle Barons’ Ball offers the ultimate western experience to all attendees. This history-making, volunteer driven event is supported by the area’s top corporate and medical organizations. Since its inception, the Cattle Barons’ Ball has proudly raised millions of dollars, helping to support research grants, educational programs for cancer prevention and early detection, and direct services to cancer patients and their families. To date, the American Cancer Society has invested $2.8 billion in cancer research and has funded 42 Nobel Laureates.

         Guests of the Cattle Barons’ Ball can expect a fun-filled variety of activities including:

• Texas Hold ‘em Poker throughout the evening
• Live Western Themed entertainment by Cowboy Bruce Brennan of Wild West Entertainment
• Dinner provided by Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse
• Dancing and live entertainment by Ron Adams and the Relics
• Silent Auction
